HOW DO YOU THINK ABOUT YOUR CAREER?

HOW DO YOU THINK ABOUT YOUR CAREER?

Depending on your personality, "enthusiasm" and "energy" can sometimes be quite difficult to express, whether written or spoken.

As a former colleague used to say in a very droll yet matter of fact voice, "This is about as excited as I get!"

It reminds me of a tale about three bricklayers that I heard years ago.

They were each asked what they were doing.

The first replied, as if to say, can't you see, "I'm building a wall."

The second said, "Earning £9.50 an hour." (£9.50 tells you how long ago I heard the tale!)

The eyes of the third lit up and he replied with passion, "I'm building a cathedral!"

Which do you do every day?

Go to work, earn a living or follow your passion?
