SHAPING YOUR OWN CAREER FUTURE.

"There are those that look at things the way they are, and ask why? I dream of things that never were, and ask why not."

John F. Kennedy used these words in a 1963 speech and correctly attributed them to George Bernard Shaw.

Put it another way: why do you think your windscreen is so much larger than your rear view mirror?

Perhaps it's because where you are going is so much more important than where you've come from.

Three questions for you:
1. Do you know where you are going in this adventure called life - do you have a Life Plan yet?
2. Have you defined a realistic and achievable career path - do you have Career Objective yet?
3. Is your Career Objective aligned with your Life Plan - are they mutually complementary?
