Hi there! I wanted to introduce myself as I’m new on the platform. My name’s Sarah and I’m a degree-qualified Nutritional Therapist specialising in digestive health.
I have a particular focus on women in midlife and busy professionals who want to feel and perform at their best. I’ve been working in this field for over 12 years, helping clients make sense of symptoms such as bloating, fatigue and brain fog — issues that are often normalised, but don’t have to be.
Digestive problems can quietly undermine confidence, concentration and productivity, especially in high-pressure work environments. My role is to help people understand what’s happening in their bodies and give them practical, evidence-based tools that fit into real, working lives.
My Background and Approach
My work is grounded in functional nutrition and gut health, looking at how digestion interacts with hormones, stress, inflammation and lifestyle demands. Rather than offering generic advice, I focus on identifying root causes and explaining them clearly — no jargon, no extremes, but simple, clear solutions.
I work with clients who are motivated, time-poor and keen to feel more in control of their health without it becoming another thing on their to-do list. My approach is supportive, structured and realistic, and always underpinned by current nutritional science.
Workshops, Talks and Learning Lunches
Alongside one-to-one clinical work, I really enjoy delivering workshops, talks and learning lunches for professional groups and organisations. These sessions are interactive, engaging and designed to translate complex science into clear, actionable insights that people can apply immediately.
Popular workplace topics include:
Sessions can be tailored to suit different audiences, from short lunchtime talks to more in-depth workshops.
Working Together
Based in Surrey, I work with individuals and organisations both locally and online. I’m known for being friendly, approachable and down-to-earth, while still offering clear structure and well-researched guidance.
If you’re looking to support wellbeing, focus and performance through practical, engaging nutrition education, I’d love to be part of that conversation.
Hope to have a chat with you soon!
