When you are preparing for interviews build some of the following concepts into the words and phrases you use to describe your achievements, your setbacks, your actions, your career moves, your failures, your triumphs, your plans, your interactions with others: indeed everything you talk about.

The concepts to illustrate are that you always:

1 Act modestly and thankfully.
2 Do more than is asked of you.
3 Aim to stretch yourself mentally.
4 Act confidently and purposefully.
5 Accept yet forgive the failings of others.
6 Use setbacks as motivation to improve.
7 Acknowledge your limitations and mistakes.
8 Encourage people to share your positive attitude.
9 Leave people and things better than you found them.

As Zig Ziglar said, 'Attitude not Aptitude determines Altitude.'
