The firm was formed in 2022 by the merger of two established accountancy practices, Guildway Accountants (established 1994) and Ridgell & Co (established in 1990). With office in South Woodham Ferrers and Thaxted Essex.

The firm’s principal is a CIMA qualified Chartered Management Accountant with over 40 years of experience in the business environment. He is supported by a team of experienced accountants who offer a range of compliance services for businesses and individuals, including but not limited to bookkeeping, payroll, CIS, VAT, Year End Accounts and Tax.
Our higher value services offers business focused accountancy to fit needs, looking at the health and robustness of the business. We can help you with cashflow analysis, taxation review, and business planning.
