How to reduce Anxiety when driving...
Practise this breathing technique first at home and then in the car when you can feel tension rising within you..
Breathe in through your nose (it is nearly impossible to have a panic attack when you breathe in through your nose)

Practice breathing in for the count of 4

Hold your breathe for the count of 7

Breathe out for the count of 8

Complete for 3-5 breathes
Breathing out for a longer count relaxes the autonomic nervous system responsible for rest & relax.
Notice that by focusing on your breath the thoughts, physical sensations and panic starts to disappear.
