Summary
Plantfood Coaching Limited was set up by Sara Jubb and myself to provide professional, yet affordable coaching and wellbeing consultancy services for growing businesses. We aim to make coaching and wellbeing support accessible to employees at all levels, especially during times of change.
We partner with HR professionals to help them implement their employee engagement and wellbeing strategies and tackle organisational change, by introducing a culture of self-development.

Individual coaching packages £1500-£2000 per employee (6-8 sessions).
Wellbeing talks and workshops £450-£800 per session.

My career background is in media sales where I rose to Commercial Director within Bauer Media, whilst leading their regional publishing team. I was fortunate to be able to combine this position with a wider role as a coach, offering individual coaching and group sessions throughout the Bauer UK business. It was at Bauer, that I discovered the transformative effects that coaching has across a wide range of individuals, and this is what inspired me to pursue a career as a full-time coach.
I take a whole-person approach and aim to always provide a supportive and caring environment whilst ensuring that there is also a clear focus on the desired outcomes.
