Summary

I am a Business Executive that has excelled in the Recruitment Space, I have run a Recruitment Business for over 7 years (for someone else) and have decided to take the plunge and set up on my own. Very exciting at the same time pretty nerve raking. 

I have run departments that consisted of Recruitment, Marketing, Finance, Legal and HR along with running a P&L, love keep costs down while maintaining quality. So i hope to set up a more affordable Recruitment business. 

I have over 17 years in Recruitment, so my skilset would include Sales (inbound, outbound, Lead generation etc), Relationship and Account Management (grew accounts from zero revenue to over €120k Monthly Reaccuring Margin (Revenue would be closer to €500k monthly).

I have helped numerous friends and connections set up, stabalise and grow businesses and would love to share that experience and hopefully gain a few insights going forward. 

I also dabble in the stock market (equities mainly) and looking to build a pension pot to give me retirement options in the next 10 years (if I wish).
